Introducing the Nahj al-Balagha Mobile Application:
This application is a mobile version of the valuable book Nahj al-Balagha, designed for use on Apple devices and available online to all users. In addition to providing five versions of Nahj al-Balagha, this application offers translations and written commentaries, as well as topics related to the phrases of this valuable book.
Users also have access to other features such as content search and audio recitation of the original text of Nahj al-Balagha and its translations. They can also read the text and two translations, as well as a thematic index, on their mobile phones even when offline.
Application Content
Each user can benefit from one of the three portals for their studies and research, based on their needs and personal taste:
- Index of Titles: Displays an index of the titles of Sermons (Khutab), Letters (Kutub), and Wise sayings (Hikam) in Nahj al-Balagha, with the ability to view the text and search for titles.
- Translation and Commentary: Displays the complete text of Nahj al-Balagha with multiple Persian translations and Arabic and Persian commentaries, with the ability to view the latest readable text.
- In-text Translation: In addition to the comparative display of all translations of Nahj al-Balagha in all display areas, the user can also view Muhammad Dashti's interlinear translation in Persian (between the lines).
- Thematic Index: A hierarchical index of the topics in the book Nahj al-Balagha (Ed. Nahj al-Balagha Foundation Edition) in Arabic and the book Farhang MaΚΏarif Nahj al-Balagha (Dictionary of the Knowledge of Nahj al-Balagha - by Muhammad Dashti) in Persian, with the ability to link topics to phrases in Nahj al-Balagha.
- Search: In addition to the homepage of the application, there is a search feature available for the contents of the application in other sections. It should be noted that the search scope on the homepage is wider, and the search results are displayed separately according to the text, translation, and commentary.
